Preset icons sized by glyph, and environments secrets in the CLI - #7838
Conversation
Claude's mark filled its viewBox while Codex sat in 67% of a 721-unit box and Pi in 59%, so rows that put them side by side rendered them at visibly different sizes. Each SVG's viewBox is now a tight square around the glyph, measured from a render, and the artboard width/height attributes are dropped so the viewBox alone sets the aspect. superset environments secrets set|list|delete, shaped like gh secret: the value comes from --body or stdin, --env-file sets a whole dotenv file, --visible stores a readable variable instead of a secret, --environment picks the environment when the organization has more than one. The dotenv parser moves from the desktop into @superset/shared so both read the same grammar. The environments group is internal, so its commands leave the public CLI reference; apps/docs/AGENTS.md records that rule. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01RL946q6aRucLVJs659sW24

Navigate logical layers of code changes, visualize relationships, and explore their blast radius. 📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe CLI adds commands to set, list, and delete environment secrets. The shared package provides dotenv-style parsing and environment selection. Documentation guidance now defines publication scope, and the CLI reference no longer documents the environments list command. ChangesEnvironment secret commands

🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Reject empty stdin: a run with no input sets the secret to an empty string.
The command reads stdin whenever process.stdin.isTTY is falsy. That covers CI jobs, agent shells, and cron, not only real pipes. In those contexts stdin is often empty or /dev/null. readStdin() then returns "". The value === undefined check does not catch "". The command calls secrets.set.mutate with an empty value and reports Set FOO on …. An existing secret gets overwritten with nothing, and the output looks like a success.
If stdin returns no data, throw the same "No value given" error. Leave the --body "" path unchanged, so a user can still set an empty value on purpose.

Reject ambiguous environment selectors before set/delete.
resolveEnvironment returns the first case-insensitive ID-or-name match. An environment name can equal another environment’s UUID because names accept arbitrary text and the database constrains only exact (organization_id, name) duplicates. The list is ordered by name, so --environment can select a different environment than intended. Secrets set/delete then use that selected ID.

Icons
Every preset agent icon rendered at a different optical size because the artwork differed: Claude's asterisk filled its 24-unit viewBox, Codex used 67% of a 721-unit box, Pi 59%, Devin 77%. Each SVG's viewBox is now a tight square around the glyph (measured from a render), and the artboard width/height attributes are gone so the viewBox alone sets the aspect. One-line change in all 34 files; applies everywhere the icons render, including the README.
